1) PMMA plastic is commonly known as plexiglass. It is an amorphous plastic, but it has poor moisture absorption and is not easy to decompose.

2) PMMA is medium in plastic fluidity, so defects such as poor filling, shrinkage, dents, weld marks, etc. are prone to occur during the processing of PMMA plastic injection molds.

3) PMMA plastic injection molds are suitable for high pressure injection during processing and molding. Under the condition of no defects, high material temperature should be used to increase fluidity, reduce internal stress, and improve transparency and strength.

4) The pouring system of PMMA plastic injection mold should be designed with a smooth surface, low resistance to material flow, large demoulding angle, and uniform ejection. Exhaust should also be considered to prevent defects such as bubbles, "silver wires", and weld marks.
